In cases where you're writing and transmitting orders for a Manufacturer who doesn't have a MarketTime account to receive and manage their orders, Order Writing accounts may still transmit orders to an email address set within their Agency-Managed Manufacturer account (the Email for Orders field).
When an order is transmitted to one of these Manufacturers, they will receive an email with basic information about the order, and a link within the email to access a PDF copy.
The subject of the email includes the Retailer's Name, PO Number, Order Date, and Salesperson.
The body of the email contains more information such as Order Total, Order Code, Order Writer, and most importantly, the link to the PDF copy of the order.
The PDF can be retrieved with the link within the email without the need of a login:
This link is valid for 7 days after it's first used. Once this link expires, the manufacturer will need to contact the RepGroup/Order Writer for an order copy.
