MarketTime offers the ability to add Invoices to orders before you're paid on them. This is typically used for tracking purposes for agencies who wish to better understand what's being invoiced but not paid on.
This can be done by navigating to the Invoices screen under Order Payments in the navigation menu.
NOTE: By default, this screen only returns data from the last 30 days. To expand this range, use the Date Range Filter.
While browsing invoices from this screen, the Date Range Filter will allow you to choose from a few pre-selected date ranges to load data for, or use the Calendar to choose a custom range:
Be sure to click Apply to save your selection.
Similar to the Commission entry process, we recommend selecting your desired Manufacturer (1), then use the Quick Entry (2) feature to quickly search for orders to post Invoices on:
Search for the desired PO number or Customer and open the order:
On the resulting screen, you can enter in an Invoice Number, Invoice Amount, and Invoice Date.
To complete the process, click Finish & Close to return searching for the next order:
