These settings must be configured in order for reps to receive Email Confirmations:
- Email must be setup using Apple Mail Application
This step is verified in iPad Settings>Mail>Accounts. Make sure that the email address here is the intended destination for your confirmations.
- Only one email address should be set-up/enabled on iPad
This is verified in iPad Settings>Mail. Accounts will show you the number of accounts set up on the iPad. You should have only one account associated with 'Mail', as above.
- Apple Mail Application should be set as the default App for email
If the rep has more than one email app, such as Outlook, this is verified by going to Outlook. You will see the setting Default Mail App.
- Emaill Address must be the same email that is used in the Spotlight Sales app
This is verified in the Spotlight App>Options>About>Account. It must match the address from the first step.
