The Find Orders screen allows you to browse and filter through previous order history as needed. Please read the Guide below, and see our FAQ for frequent questions and issues with this feature.
This feature is found on the Home Screen by tapping on Find Orders.
The filters at the top of the screen allow you to filter through the orders using a variety of criteria.
The View button allows the ability to filter between Road and Show orders, orders waiting to be synced or that have errored, and the ability to sort the orders you see on-screen.
Visibility by User, License, and Mode
The table below describes the various combinations of User Type, Road/Show Mode, and what they'll have access to.
MarketTime Pro license management can be done from the MarketTime Pro screen in the MarketTime Web Portal.

Why can't I see Order History from the MarketTime Web Portal? | For the Find Orders screen to work interactively with the MarketTime Web Portal, the device MUST BE ONLINE. Please ensure you have stable internet connection. |
How many orders will be pulled from the MarketTime Web Portal? | Find Orders will retrieve the past 30 days of customers, with a maximum of 500 total. |
I am online, and in Road Mode -- but cannot see Order History that meets the criteria above. | To retrieve a record from the MarketTime Web Portal, use the Search filters to find a specific PO or Customer. When searching for a specific PO the full PO Number is required, and when searching for a specific Customer the full customer name is required. |
I am unable to see the Total $ amount for my orders on the Find Orders screen | Salesreps in show mode have the total dollar amount hidden from them. Ask your agency admin to disable show mode in order to see the total |
