This article contains a list of known issues with the MarketTime Pro app.
User Acount Permissions/Features
- Multiple Users Per Device: MarketTime Pro does not support multiple users on the same device at this time.
In order to ensure user permissions set in the Web App (https:/apps.markettime.com) flow into the MarketTime Pro app, the following must be done:
NOTE: THIS INCLUDES THE ABILITY TO ADD NEW CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE APP, SO THESE STEPS MUST BE PERFORMED. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ADD NEW CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE APP, PLEASE READ THIS SECTION.
- Each user who will be using mtPro must log into the Web App and update their User Settings. We recommend updating the Default Order Code.
- The user must then complete a sync on their MarketTime Pro app.
Items
The following features from the Web App (https://apps.markettime.com) are not available in the MarketTime Pro app, or behave differently:
- Available/InStock: When the Quantity Available of an item in MarketTime is listed as "0", the Item will be set to "Out of Stock", which will prohibit the item from being added to an order. If the Quantity Available has not been entered for an item, the Quantity on Hand will display on mtPro as "Unlimited". If the quantity available is an value that is Greater than 0, the Quantity on Hand will reflect that value.
- Default Discount Start/End Dates: Does not apply a discount to an item within the dates set.
- Default Discount: Does not add the specified discount amount to the item.
- Default Ship Date: Referred to as "Available Date" within Pro -- still allows orders based on differentiating Default Ship Dates for the items that have been added to a basket
- Collections: Does not exist in the Web App or MarketTime Pro.
Orders
The following features from the Web App (https://apps.markettime.com) are not available in the MarketTime Pro app.
- Promotions may not be a part of multiple Promotion Groups
- Payment/Shipping Terms assigned to a Customer will not be applied when using the mtPro app.
