The email templates below should be used for guidance during your communication with your Manufacturers during your company's transition to MarketTime. Feel free to personalize as needed.
Manufacturer Outreach Plan
Step 1: Announce to your Brands that your Agency will be upgrading to MarketTime and include the timeframe.
Step 2: Go over the 'Vendor Tracker' spreadsheet from your Implementation Specialist (if applicable) to assess each of your Brands’ order delivery subscription and current payment gateway
Step 3: Send the order delivery email to your brands. Click HERE
Step 4: Send the data management email to each Manufacturer. Click HERE
Step 5: Capture data management responses on your 'Vendor Tracker' spreadsheet to keep track of your progress.
Optional: Ensure everyone has a way to process payments
- PATH A: For Brands who are unfamiliar with mtCharge, have been manually processing payments, or who have previously made the decision to not take credit cards, use the email HERE to introduce them to MarketTime's integrated payments solution, mtCharge.
- PATH B: For those Brands who are currently using Hosted PCI, please use the email HERE. Hosted PCI is no longer a supported gateway and will be sunset later this year. Any manufacturer on Hosted PCI at the time Hosted PCI is decommissioned will be automatically moved to mtCharge to ensure that there is no business interruption for them, the Agency, or the sales reps. In advance of this, we're asking for as many Brands as possible to make the change sooner rather than later.
Note: Whatever is listed as the Brand's payment processing selection in the Brandwise platform will be carried over to the MarketTime platform during your Agency's transition
