The MarketTime team is aware of a compatibility issue for "New Outlook" and Play for PC. If your computer is set to use "New Outlook", Brandwise/Play for PC will be unable to create an email with the PDF of the order attached, as you would expect to normally occur using the "Send via Outlook" feature.
Below are our current solutions to this issue:
1. (Recommended) Do not upgrade to the new version of Microsoft Outlook until you have migrated from Brandwise to MarketTime.
2. If you have already upgraded to the new version of Microsoft Outlook, look for the "Try the new outlook" toggle in the top right corner of Outlook. By switching this toggle to OFF -- you will revert your outlook version back to the previous version that is supported by Brandwise. A screenshot of this toggle is shown below
