Your Credentials
Should you be using MarketTime's SFTP for inbound or outbound data, your SFTP credentials will be provided via an automated email triggered by MarketTime Staff.
This email will come from portal@markettime.com
Directory Structure
MarketTime's SFTP folder directory is pre-determined to provide a consistent experience. Folders may not be added, edited, or deleted.
Inbound Data
The following folders exist within the mtFlow directory:

| mtFlow/Inbound/Salesperson | Used for inbound Salesperson data. |
| mtFlow/Inbound/Processed | Optional folder to move processed files* |
| mtFlow/Inbound/Orders | Used for inbound Order data. |
| mtFlow/Inbound/Items | Used for inbound Item data. |
| mtFlow/Inbound/Customer | Used for inbound Customer data. |
* This folder is optional and may be used upon request to move processed inbound data files into this directory.
Outbound Data
The following folders exist within the mtFlow directory:
