Those who are utilizing mtFlow for their order delivery needs may occasionally see orders in the Export Error status this is most common with those with a NetSuite order delivery integration. This article covers how to address those and the most common reasons for them.
On the Orders screen if you see an order with a status of Export Error, it usually means that a required piece of information is missing from the order, and it was rejected when attempting to be sent.
Currently, the most common cause for this is lacking the Customer Number of a customer.
This can be updated by simply clicking the "card" icon next to the customer's name, and updating the customer with your NetSuite Customer Number (aka "entity").
Once saved, it will appear on the customer's record going forward.
Finally, in order to get the order to be available for your automation's next pickup, you'll need to set the order status back to OPEN.
To do this, simply click on the Export Error status and change it to OPEN.
