Once you determine an invoice is a direct you can either click the direct invoice box or your your F3 key. The system will then look for any possible customer matches using the customer name. If the customer does not display then you can use the Find Customer key to find the customer. This will direct you to the customer editor to find the customer or add a new customer to your system. Once your customer is selected or added it will then automatically match the displayed invoice to that customer and bring you to the next invoice in the file.
If you have a system configured with multiple Rep Groups, you can also set the Rep Group for your Direct in the SelectRepGroup dropdown.
