When retailers place orders online, the sales rep’s phone number, email address and photograph can be displayed alongside the order information. Retailers will always know who to call or email with any questions and reps can stay connected to retailers even when they are hundreds of miles away.
Log into e.brandwise.com with your 100SFA account. Click the Tools menu and click Edit Account Info.
Enter the main contact information for your company on this page. Click Upload Company Logo to browse for an image that will display next to your company information on your Reach site.
Click the Select User drop-down to open various sales rep records.
The image for your rep should be 50 pixels by 55 pixels. Click Browse to select the image, and then click Upload Picture. To save your changes, click Submit.
Your retailers can now see pictures for their assigned sales reps while shopping on Reach!
