Which export setting am I using?
To see if your account is enabled for Order Delivery Elite, please follow these steps:

- Log in to your MarketTime Account
- Look in the left-hand navigation panel
- If you see a section in the middle for Order Batches and at the bottom for Data Mapping, your account is enabled for Order Delivery Elite
- When looking at your list of orders, an Alerts button will appear above the list
I'm migrating from Brandwise Stream to MarketTime. What features aren't yet available in MarketTime Order Delivery Elite?
Great question! We are working to incorporate the best features of Brandwise Stream into the MarketTime platform. The features that aren't yet available in MarketTime Order Delivery Elite include:

What do the Order Statuses mean?
Order Statuses differ depending on the state of the order. The table below describes each state/step in the process as they appear for you and the Agency/Salesperson who transmitted them.
Status for Manufacturer | Status for Agency | Notes |
OPEN | RECEIVED | Represents a "Clean" order, available to deliver manually or on schedule. |
ERROR | PENDING | Represents a "Dirty" order that requires Data Mapping. |
EXPORT ERROR | PENDING | Represents an order that was unsuccessful in delivery to its destination and requires attention. |
BATCHED | RECEIVED | Represents an order successfully delivered to its destination. |
ON HOLD | ON HOLD | Represents an order placed on hold (FKA "Temporarily Suspended" in Stream). |
CANCELLED | CANCELLED | Represents an order placed on hold (FKA "Permanently Suspended" in Stream). |
How will I know when files are sent to my SFTP location?
If you are Utilizing MarketTime's SFTP, this feature will send email notifications when new order delivery files have been delivered to your SFTP location.
You will receive emails that look like the example below:
These emails are sent when the following actions are taken in your Order Delivery Elite, MarketTime MID account:
- If you have a scheduled delivery set up to deliver order batches on a recurring frequency, the email will be sent every time that delivery job runs
- When you click Deliver Orders Batch from the Order Batches screen
- When you click the Deliver Order(s) button from the Deliver Order(s) popup on the Orders screen
Please note: There is a delay in receiving these email notifications of 4-5 minutes, depending on your email service provider.
