The information below assumes Order Delivery via mtFlow and mtCharge+ has been setup and configured within NetSuite.
This is only applicable for those utilizing MarketTime's direct integration with NetSuite, and requires an Elite Subscription and use of the mtCharge+ payment gateway.
For more information, contact Sales.
mtCharge+ in NetSuite is available for orders originating in MarketTime, and contain a MarketTime Order ID and MarketTime Manufacturer ID.
These values may be seen on the Custom tab within a Sales Order or Invoice in NetSuite:
All mtCharge+ transactions handled within NetSuite are reflected in real-time within the MarketTime UI too.
They may be seen on the Payments screen, or within each order from the Orders screen.

When within an applicable Sales Order or Invoice in NetSuite, the mtCharge+ Actions button will appear at the top of the screen for applicable orders.
Using the Pre-Authorize a Payment option in the drop-down menu will allow you to select the amount for which you wish to pre-authorize the credit card for.
Select either the default Total Amount, or a custom amount as needed, clicking Process Pre-Authorization when ready to proceed. Notes added are not reflected in MarketTime, and will only be referenced within NetSuite.

This can be performed on a Sales Order or Invoice as a result of a Sales Order as long as it originated from MarketTime.
In instances where required fields are present on your Customer Deposit records, the resulting message below may appear after a successful transaction:
This indicates that while the transaction was successful, MarketTime wasn't able to completely fill in a Customer Deposit record and that manual intervention is required.
This is often the result of fields being required before saving a Customer Deposit record within NetSuite.
Requesting Payment Update
In the event attempt to capture payment on a card attached to the order fails, the Request Payment Update feature may be used. This sends an email to the Customer on the Sales Order requesting a new form of payment be securely submitted.
This can be done by selecting Request Payment Update option in the drop-down menu of the mtCharge+ Actions button.
The resulting window will allow entry of either the full amount or a custom amount to be requested:
Once Request Payment Update is clicked, the request will be sent via email to the customer.
The email is sent to the Bill To Email Address as found in MarketTime.
Once the customer receives the email (shown below), they may click Visit Website to securely submit a new form of payment.
Once successful, the resulting transaction will be visible in MarketTime and a Customer Deposit will be created, associated with the Sales Order the request originated from.
