Where can I utilize mtCharge+ within NetSuite?
mtCharge+ can be used on Sales Orders originating from MarketTime, as well as Invoices created as a result from Sales Orders originating from MarketTime. It is also present on Credit Memos for processing Refunds via mtCharge+. -
What is the result of processing payments using mtCharge+ within NetSuite?
Using mtCharge+ in NetSuite results in the creation of Customer Deposit records. Can I use mtCharge+ for multiple MarketTime Manufacturers in the same NetSuite account?
Provided your NetSuite is configured to do so, yes. This is set up during the configuration of the mtCharge+ bundle
Credit Cards/Payment Processing

Are Credit Cards attached to the Order or the Customer Record within NetSuite when using mtCharge+?
Credit Card tokens are attached to the Order. -
Do Credit Card Tokens get added to NetSuite when orders come from MarketTime?
If utilizing mtCharge+, no. They are referenced in API calls when using mtCharge+ within NetSuite.
If utilizing a third-party payment processor, it is an option you can choose to have MarketTime enable to pass Credit Card Tokens to NetSuite if desired. -
Can I use mtCharge+ to send payment links or process payments for orders not originating from MarketTime?
Not at this time. This feature is planned for Phase 2 of mtCharge+ within NetSuite via the Ad-Hoc processing feature. -
What happens if the Credit Card on the order is declined when attempting to process payment in NetSuite?
At this time, you'll need to use the Request Payment Update feature within MarketTime to request an updated payment method from the customer. If this feature is used within MarketTime, the resulting transaction will not appear in NetSuite.
NOTE: This feature will be added within NetSuite during Phase 2.
Reconciliation
Where can I see transaction information for mtCharge+ for my reconciliation purposes?
Within your MarketTime account, on the Payout report available via mtView. You may also choose to have this information inserted into NetSuite on a daily basis (coming soon).Are mtCharge+ transactions added to my native NetSuite reporting?
Yes. As with other transactions, they will be available within your native NetSuite reporting.
