The steps below describe the installation and configuration of the two NetSuite Bundles required to support the use of the mtCharge+ integration.
MarketTime Services Bundle Installation
NOTE: An Elite subscription and order delivery to NetSuite is required to successfully use the MarketTime Services bundle. If not already set up for order delivery to NetSuite, contact your Account Executive to inquire about enabling this feature.
This bundle is required if you intend to process payments for orders delivered from MarketTime, and is a part of the general prerequisites of order delivery to NetSuite. More information about the setup of this bundle and general prerequisites for order delivery to NetSuite, see below.

Configuring the mtCharge+ Bundle
Once the bundle is installed, it must be configured with a few key details to ensure proper functionality.
Configuring the Environment
Generally companies will only create a Production configuration, but a Staging configuration is available upon request. Contact your Account Executive for more information.
- Name - Production

Click + Button to add new Config
- In the resulting pop-up, set the following:
- Name - Production
- Server Domain - publicapi.markettime.com
- Click Save to save the settings
Be sure to select your new config in the dropdown!
- In the resulting pop-up, set the following:
- Configure the Default Settings for Manufacturer Profiles.
- This is the default settings for all MarketTime Manufacturer accounts added to this bundle, selecting your General Ledger accounts as needed.
- Should you wish to utilize different accounts for different MarketTime Manufacturer accounts, they can be set individually when configuring those profiles.

Automation Settings
- Auto Job Run Hour (0-23 UTC) - The hour of the day (in UTC) that Auto-Pay/Auto-Capture transactions will run.
- Pre-Auth Max Age (Days) - The max age of Pre-Authorizations for cards when using the mtCharge+ integration. Maximum value allowed is 5.
- Release Remaining Pre-Auth Balance After Capture - Enabling this will auto-release any remaining balance from a pre-auth if only partial funds are captured (e.g., capturing $25 from a $50 pre-auth would release the remaining $25 if this setting is enabled).

Payment Link Auto-Retry
- Auto-Resend Expired Pay Links - Enabling this will auto-resend Payment Links to customers once they expire after 48 hours from initial send.
- Auto-Resend Email Template ID - Optional field that allows you to choose a custom Email Template you may have in NetSuite. If a value is entered here, it will override the generic MarketTime template generated when sending the a new Payment Link email after expiration of the original.

Email Templates
- Pay Link Email Template ID - Optional field that allows you to choose a custom Email Template you may have in NetSuite. If a value is entered here, it will override the generic MarketTime template generated when sending a Payment Link to a customer.
- Save Card link Email Template ID - Optional field that allows you to choose a custom Email Template you may have in NetSuite. If a value is entered here, it will override the generic MarketTime template generated when sending a Save Card link to a customer.
- Notify Cardholder on Decline - Enabling this will automatically email the customer when a card declines when attempting to process payment or capture pre-authorizations within mtCharge+.
- Decline Notification Email Template ID - Optional field that allows you to choose a custom Email Template you may have in NetSuite. If a value is entered here, it will override the generic MarketTime template generated when sending an automated notification when a card declines.
Configuring the Manufacturer Account
Once the environmental configuration is complete, move to the bottom of the mtCharge+ Configuration screen and click View on the desired environment (generally this is for the Production environment.

Subsidiary- Select the relevant Subsidiary

Name - Name of the Manufacturer in question. MarketTime suggests having this match the name of your MarketTime account.
Manufacturer ID - Your MarketTime Manufacturer ID. This value begins with an M.
- API Key - This is your MarketTime Manufacturer account's API Key.

Release Remaining Pre-Auth Balance after Partial Capture - Enabling this will override your selection from the environmental configuration, and auto-release any remaining balance from a pre-auth if only partial funds are captured (e.g., capturing $25 from a $50 pre-auth would release the remaining $25 if this setting is enabled).

Payment Amount Rules
- Allow Entered Amount - When enabled, this allows you to enter in any custom, positive amount to process payments for. When disabled it prevents custom amounts and requires the full amount of a Sales Order or Cash Sale to be charged.

Allow Entered Amount > Transaction Amount - When enabled, this allows you to enter in a custom, positive amount higher than the total. When disabled, it prevents adding custom amounts higher than the total of the Sales Order or Cash Sale to be charged.

Automation
- Auto-Capture Cash Sales (requires existing pre-auth) - Allows the auto-capture of payment based on previous pre-authorizations on Cash Sales. This is at the cadence of the Auto Job Run Hour configuration setting.
- Auto-Pay Cash Sales (uses customer's default card) - Allows the auto-capture of payment on Cash Sales using the customer's default card on file. This happens immediately after saving the Cash Sale record.
- Auto-Capture Invoices on Due Date (requires existing pre-auth) - Allows the auto-capture of payment based on previous pre-authorizations on Invoices. This is at the cadence of the Auto Job Run Hour configuration setting.

Auto-Pay Invoices on Due Date (use customer's default card) - Allows the auto-capture of payment on Invoices using the customer's default card on file. This happens immediately after saving the Invoice record.
NOTE: Only one option per record type (Cash Sales/Invoices) can be used at a time.
- Override Options - Should you wish to utilize General Ledger accounts that differ from those selected during the environmental configuration, you may do so by selecting values here.
Setting the Global Configuration
Once the Environment and Manufacturer has been configured, the final step is to set the Global Configuration within NetSuite.
This is done by navigating to Setup > Company > General Preferences
On the Custom Preferences tab toward the bottom of the screen, set the mtCharge+ Configuration value to that of the environment you've setup.
Once complete, click Save to save the setting.
