Introducing Bulk Edit for mtPro Licenses: you can now update Show Mode, Manufacturer License and Order Code settings for multiple licenses at once from the MarketTime Pro settings page. No more opening and updating each license one at a time.
What's New & Why We Made This Change
Before this change, every mtPro license had to be opened and updated one by one. For agencies with large sales teams, getting ready for a trade show could mean dozens of repetitive edits. Now you can select the licenses you need and update them together in a few clicks.

How to Get There
- In the MarketTime Web App, go to Settings > MarketTime Pro.
- Check the box next to each license you want to update. To select every license on the page, check the box at the top of the list.
- Click Bulk Edit.
Choose the changes you want to make. Leave an option unselected to keep each license's current setting.
- Show Mode: choose Enable or Disable.
- Manufacturer License: choose Enable or Disable.
- Order Code: select a default Order Code from the dropdown, or select Remove Order Code to clear the Order Code from the selected licenses.
- Click Apply. When you're asked "Are you sure you want to bulk edit the [X] selected licenses?", click Yes. To close without saving, click Cancel.

What to Be Aware Of
- Show Mode Only licenses: if MarketTime has turned on Show Mode Only for a license, Bulk Edit can't disable Show Mode for it. That license stays in Show Mode, and the message after you apply your changes will tell you how many licenses were skipped. Contact MarketTime Support if you need Show Mode Only changed.
- One Order Code at a time: each bulk edit can apply only one Order Code.
- Unchanged settings stay the same: licenses that already match the setting you choose aren't changed, and options you leave blank keep their current values.
- Selections reset: if you cancel and reopen Bulk Edit, your previous choices aren't saved.
FAQ
Can I change Show Mode and Manufacturer License in the same bulk edit?
Yes. You can update Show Mode, Manufacturer License and Order Code together in one step.
Why did some of my licenses not update?
Those licenses have Show Mode Only turned on by MarketTime, so Show Mode can't be disabled for them. The message after you apply your changes shows how many were skipped.
How do I remove Order Codes from several licenses?
Select the licenses, click Bulk Edit, choose Remove Order Code under Order Code, then click Apply.
Can I select every license at once?
Yes. Check the box at the top of the license list to select all licenses on the page.
