Save Multiple Orders at Once in Preparation for Emailing

If you find the need to email multiple orders at once, you'll first need to save the order copies from Brandwise. Once you have the PDF order copies, you can attach all of them at once to a fresh email.

Note: emailing directly from Play is only available within a single order, and that order needs to be in at least a Quote or HFC state. 

To begin, click the Find Orders button on the Welcome screen:

Search for the orders you want to save using the Sales Order Search panel on the left. Once you've found them, click Multi-Print:

Check the boxes next to the orders to be saved and then click Print:

Choose the option to print to PDF and then click Print.  

This will allow you to save the files anywhere on your computer. Now you're ready to start a fresh email outside Brandwise and attach the PDF order copies you've saved.
