Managing Unassigned B2B Orders (Orders without Salespeople)

Occasionally, orders written within your MarketTime B2B e-commerce website may be submitted to you without a Salesperson automatically assigned. The Unassigned Orders screen allows you to manage these orders.

To manage your MarketTime B2B Website, click the B2B e-Commerce option found under Settings in the navigation menu.

At the bottom of this screen, the View Unassigned Orders button will take you to the Unassigned Orders screen to manage orders written from your B2B Website, and assign them to the proper Salespeople.
