The Billing & Payment screen may be found by clicking your name in the top right corner of MarketTime, and choosing Billing & Payment.
Disabling Users
Found under the Status column, using the Toggle for each Salesperson user allows you to disable their access to your company within MarketTime.
Please reach out to billing@markettime.com in regards to any billing changes in addition to any changes made on this screen.
Toggling "Show Mode" for Salespeople
Found under the Show All Customers column, the toggle next to each Salesperson will enable or disable "Show Mode".
Show Mode allows Salespeople to toggle between seeing only their assigned customers, and all customers within the company.
Salespeople may only select the customer for order writing, and may not access sales information for a customer they are not assigned to.
Setting a default Order code for Salespeople
Found under the Order Code column, the drop-down next to each Salespeople will allow you to set default Order Code as needed. This feature is often used during show or market time, to ensure all orders written are using a specific Order Code.
