This feature is found on the Order Settings page in the Navigation Menu.
Select a Template
Here you will choose from a variety of templates you can receive your orders in.
Once selecting a template, you will be given some basic information regarding the template you chose.
After choosing your desired template, you have the ability to choose whether you'd like to require Customer and/or Shipping Numbers within the file, as well as if you'd like to combine the Header and Detail files if choosing a template that separates the two.
Finally, you can choose how you'd like to receive your orders.
DOWNLOAD: Allows you to download the file directly to your computer, by using the corresponding button on the Orders page
EMAIL: Allows you to receive your chosen file via the Company Email (which can be edited on the Manage Company screen).
FTP: This option will upload your orders to an FTP, to be retrieved at your discretion.
Customize your Filename
Lastly, you will choose how the file will appear when downloading/retrieving it. Click and drag your desired options into the Name Template field (or fields if choosing a template that includes both a Header and Detail file), using the Add Separator button as needed. A preview of the file name using the options you chose will be displayed beneath the Name Template field.
When finished with your changes, be sure to click Save Order Settings.
