The Sales Analysis module reports on sales. If you just need to generate a list of all your customers in Play for PC, regardless of if they’ve ever placed an order, you’ll want to use Customer Labels.
To launch the report, click the top-level Setup menu > Customers > Customer Labels:
You’ll see your name in the Sales Rep drop-down because you can only report on your customers. Click Add Customers To List without defining any search limits to generate the entire list of customers.
The Print Customer List button is located on the bottom left of the window. This will allow you to either preview the list as it would be printed or send it automatically to your default printer.
To export an Excel file of the customer list, click the Create Export File button:
First, determine the data fields you want to export by entering a value in the Export Order column. For example, the Customer_Email_Address field values will populate in the 10th column of the exported file. Second, click the button next to the yellow Directory Name field and browse to the file export location. Then, enter a file name in the File Name field. Finally, click the Create File button:
Once you open the report, you’ll see that it contains two tabs. The first tab will display a summary of your report criteria, and the second tab will display the customer list.
