This feature is found on the Retailer Categories tab of the Categories screen in the Navigation Menu.
Creating a Retailer Category
Start by clicking the Add button to create a Retailer Category.
After you've named your new Category, click Save.
Assigning a Retailer to a Retailer Category
Once you've created your desired Retailer Categories, you may navigate to your desired customers and click the Edit button next to Category Assignment field next to the Bill To information to assign a Category to it:
