This article will guide you through the process of creating a Brandwise Passport and requesting to connect to a Marketplace to shop online.
IMPORTANT: The Agency or Marketplace will direct you to the link where you’ll begin setting up your Brandwise Passport. They may provide you with a direct link, or they may ask you to click a Shop button from their main website. If you already shop with a Brandwise Marketplace, you do not need to create a new Passport. Simply sign in with your existing credentials to request to shop with this specific marketplace.

To create a new Passport, click Register for a Brandwise Passport to shop online after getting to the login screen from the site you want to shop!
Enter an email address. This is the email address you will use to login to your Brandwise Passport in the future. This email should be unique to you and not shared with other members of your company. Then, click Add Your Email.
Please note: If you have multiple buyers/team members at your company, each person will need to create his/her own Brandwise Passport in order to shop. You can approve as many team connections as needed!
Next, enter your first and last name as well as a contact phone number:
Click Confirm Email:
You will then see a screen instructing you to open your email inbox and look for the confirmation email from noreply@brandwise.com:
From your Inbox, click Confirm Email:
This will take you to a screen where you will create your password. It must have at least eight characters, upper and lowercase letters, and at least one number:
After entering your password, click Save Password:
This will take you back to the login screen where you will enter your email address and the password you just created. Then, click Sign In:
Now that you have created your personal passport, it is time to add your business. Click the Add Business to Brandwise Passport from the main dashboard and then click the Retailer option:
Enter your business name and select the country for your business address:
You will then see fields to enter the business address for your company:
After entering the address information, click Search:
If you are new to the Brandwise ecosystem, you will see that we were unable to find your business. Just scroll down on the page to finish creating your business:
At the bottom of the page, enter your Contact Information including the Business Email, Phone Label, and Phone Number. Click the Core Industry drop-down menu to select an industry that most closely matches your business:
Once all the required information has been entered, click Create Retailer.
Please note: Although Website and Federal Tax ID are optional fields, completing this information may help the Marketplace to identify you more quickly to approve you to shop from the Marketplace. Please provide this information if available.
Next, you will be asked if you want to use the business address you entered as your shipping address. If yes, click Use as Shipping Address. If no, click Add Shipping Address Later to enter your shipping address at the time of checkout:
After clicking the desired option, please be patient for the few moments required for your business to be created:
Once this process is complete, you will see that your business has been created! Click Ok to move on to the next step:
Click Send Request to connect and shop with the Marketplace:
You will see a request to shop confirmation. Click on Passport at the top of the screen to view your Passport and monitor the request:
Until you are approved to shop with the Marketplace, the connection will display in grey. You may notice that under the business type it says “Agency”. This is an internal way we classify the Marketplaces and individual shopping sites. If the name and website match the Marketplace you are looking to shop, please disregard this text for the Type.
Once you are approved to shop, you will receive a confirmation email:
Click the orange Shop button to start shopping! The next time you log in to your Brandwise Passport, switch over to your Business Passport by clicking your name in the top-right and selecting your company:
You will see that the connection has changed from white to grey. Click the Shop link to access the Marketplace at any time (in addition to accessing the site as directed by the Marketplace). In addition, you can access other connected Marketplaces right here from within your Passport!
