Managing B2B Website Registrants

    We received an email to let us know that we have a new customer to accept to our B2B. Whenever I log into our B2B portal the customers name is not listed.  If I search the customer name comes up but is not part of the list.  The customer in question is Learning Express Toys Frisco.  If you look at the customer it looks as though it has already been approved once you do a search.  Am I doing something wrong? Please advise.
