This article provides guidance on uploading your PDF catalogs to Brandwise, as well as publishing them to your own Play or Reach system.
Please note: The catalog feature is not currently supported on CanGift 365.
To get started, log in to Content Management. If you are a supplier/brand, log in to your Brandwise company Passport and then click the Content menu.
*Clicking the Content menu will launch a new tab, so be sure to enable pop-ups for Brandwise if a message in the address bar says a pop-up was blocked.
If you are an agency, log in to e.brandwise.com using your 100 Username and then click the Content Management menu at the top of the page. If you see a message telling you that your company has not been configured for Content Management, please contact Brandwise Support by calling 303-788-9970 x1 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Click the Upload menu on the left side of the page:
Next, click the green Upload button under the Catalogs section:
Select your company name from the Select a Supplier drop-down menu (be patient - this page will take a few seconds to update after selecting the supplier):
2. Enter a name in the Catalog Name field
3. Click Browse to specify the location of the PDF file
4. Enter an email address to receive notifications about the upload
5. Click Finish
6. Select a catalog cover page and click Submit
7. Click Yes to upload another catalog or No if you're done uploading catalogs.
If you do not use Brandwise to capture orders, then you do not need to publish catalogs. If you have your own Brandwise Play or Reach system, then see the article here on publishing and unpublishing catalogs.
