The final step of the order payment process within MarketTime is to pay the Salespeople. This marks orders as PAID/COMPLETE, and allows you to run the required reports to verify the information.

This task is done on the Check Log screen under Order Payments on the Navigation Menu.

Pay Salespeople
On this window, clicking the Pay Salespeople button will begin this process:
The result is two windows, one showing available balanced checks, and the Salespeople for which those checks were for.
Select Checks
Select the checks you'll be paying with, and the Salespeople on the right side of the screen will filter by check, showing you which Salespeople are due for payment:
After selecting your checks, you'll begin the final 3-step process on the right window.
Print/Email Summary
This steps is to inform your company of who is to be paid, and should be reviewed before progressing.
You may view this report by Salesperson or Manufacturer, or it can be downloaded or printed using the designated buttons, but this statement must be emailed in order to progress to the next step:
At any point during this process prior to Step 3 you may close these windows to make any necessary changes to orders, Invoices, or anything related, and return to this process to see updated information. It will require the emailing of any updated data.
Print/Email Commission Details
In this step, you will be emailing Commission Statements to the Salespeople who will be paid for the orders the checks you've selected are associated with. This will give the Salesperson a breakdown of what they're being paid for.
Similar to Step 1, you may choose to Download each individual one or all, but you must email these to the Salespeople shown to progress to the final step.
Pay Salespeople
The final step of the Order Payment process is is closing and completing the work you've done.
This will lock all associated records from further editing, which includes the checks, orders, and invoices bound to those checks.
This does not prevent you from adding additional Invoices to an order that may have been partial paid during this process, only editing the actual order and it's details.
Clicking Pay Salespeople will give you a notice that the checks and their associated orders and Invoices will become locked and the orders will have their statuses updated to REP PAID or COMPLETE (depending on your auto-close percentage).
THIS PROCESS CAN NOT BE UNDONE
Once clicked, the checks you've selected within this process will be marked as COMPLETE, and their associated orders will be view-only and their statues will be updated as well:
These orders may still be viewed, printed, and duplicated, but not edited after being marked as COMPLETE.
