If you are no longer working with a supplier and do not need to receive their product data from Transit, then you can disconnect from the supplier in your Agency Passport.
If you subscribe to the latest version of the online marketplace (Reach 2.0), then the supplier will no longer be featured as a brand on your marketplace.
*Disconnecting from a supplier will not prevent the delivery of orders to Stream.
Start by signing in to your Brandwise Passport here.
Next, click your name in the top-right and select your Agency Passport.
Find the supplier on your Business Connections page and click the (-) button on the right side. You can also use the Search field to find the supplier. Then, click Yes to remove the business connection.
Finally, log on to your 100 server and mark the status of the supplier as Invoice Only or Inactive.
