Launch the Play for iPad application and enter the credentials provided to you by your system administrator. On the Welcome page, tap Create Order, as shown below.
On the Select a Customer screen, where you can find or create customer records. To find an existing customer, tap the Customer Billing section and type in the name of the customer. By default, the system will search for the customer based on what the name Starts with. You can also tap Contains to search for any customers that contain the defined search criteria anywhere in the billing information (this includes customer name, zip code, phone number, and email). If you are on the Road and your device is in Road mode, you can tap Show All to view all the customers assigned to you. If you are on the Show and your device is in Show mode, you will not see the Show All option. After you have found the customer you're looking for, tap on the customer and then tap the orange Select button.
Then, in the Customer Shipping section, tap a shipping address for the order and then tap the Select button. Tap the Buyer section to enter a contact for this customer. Enter all available contact information, especially email address, and tap Save.
You can Select an existing buyer or create a new one by tapping the plus icon. Then, tap Start a New Order.
