Callouts can be considered Featured Items, and are groups of items you can create to draw attention to on your B2B e-commerce website.

This feature can be utilized by navigating to Callouts under the Maintenance option in the Navigation Menu.
Creating a Callout
To create a new Callout, use the Add button found in the top right corner.
Complete the required information regarding your Callout, and click Upload & Save to add it.
Adding Items to a Callout
Once your Callout has been created, click on the Assign Items button to the the right of your Callout to assign items to it.
Select Manufacturer (1) - Allows you to filter by Manufacturer.
Toggle View (2) - Allows you to toggle between List, List with Thumbnail, and Grid view of your items.
Select Items (3) - Here you can choose your desired items to add to the Callout.
Assign (4) - Allows you to add the selected items to your Callout.
Only Manufacturers that have been set to appear on your B2B e-commerce website will be viewable on this screen. This can be managed on the B2B eCommerce page.
Once these items have been added to the Callout, your Retailers will now see it when logging into your B2B e-commerce website as seen below:
When your customers click on the Callout, they'll be taken directly to the items you've assigned to them.
Reordering your Callouts
On the Callouts screen, you may click-and-drag the Callouts in the order you wish for them to appear on your B2B e-commerce website.
