The article below will guide you through updating your accepted payment terms and shipping options within your Brandwise Passport.
Start by signing in to your Brandwise company Passport. The menus discussed below will display once you've selected your company Passport in the top-right.
Payment Options
Click the Admin menu at the top:
Under General Settings click on Payment Options:
Choose a payment term from the Payment Option drop-down menu:
Enter a Payment Term code. You can use the code that is stored in your ERP for this value, or you can simply create your own code. It is a required field:
Next, define the Available To drop-down. If you choose Agency/Sales Rep, then the payment term will be an available option when a sales rep is writing an order for their retailer in Brandwise, but it will not be available to a retailer when they are shopping on the marketplace. If you choose Retailer, then the payment term will be available to a retailer when they are shopping on the marketplace, but it will not be an available option when a sales rep is writing an order for their retailer in Brandwise. If you choose Both, then the payment term will be an available option when a sales rep is writing an order for their retailer in Brandwise as well as when a retailer is shopping on the marketplace. Then, click Save:
After a successful update, you can include additional payment options by clicking Add Payment Option:
Shipping Options
Under General Settings click on Shipping Options and then click Add Shipping Option:
Choose a shipping method from the Shipping Option drop-down menu:
Enter a Shipping Method code. You can use the code that is stored in your ERP for this value, or you can simply create your own code. It is a required field:
Next, define the Available To drop-down.
