Under certain circumstances, you may find that there are orders that do not have Salespeople assigned to them. In these cases, the Unassigned Orders screen will allow you to assign any unassigned orders to Salespeople.

This feature is found on the Unassigned Orders option under Orders in the Navigation Menu.
It allows you to assign both the Salesperson and Salesperson to Pay on the unassigned orders that appear on the screen.
NOTE: This does not impact customer assignments or future order assignments for the customer. be sure to assign the customer in question to a Salesperson to assist with future auto-assignment of orders.
How to Assign Unassigned Orders
To individually assign a Salesperson, click the Select Salesperson drop-down and choose the correct Salesperson.
Once selected, click the Assign button to the right of the order to assign the Salesperson to the order.
To assign multiple orders the same Salesperson, select the orders that need to be assigned , then choose the desired Salesperson . Once satisfied, click the Assign button above the table to complete the assignments .
Searching Unassigned Orders
By default, the Search field will only search the last 30 days of data.
To expand this range, use the Date Range Filter:
You may choose through a few pre-selected ranges, or choose a custom date range using the calendar.
Be sure to click Apply to confirm your selection before searching.
