In addition to static, single-option items, MarketTime offers the ability to manage items with variations such as Size, Color, or Style.
MarketTime Product Import Template
Importing item variations is also performed on the Import/Export Items option found under Maintenance in the Navigation Menu.
Select Manufacturer
Here you will be asked to select a Manufacturer, then you will be given access to the buttons below.
Import Item Variations
Start by clicking in the Import Size Color Styles button.
Similar to the regular item import, you’ll navigate through the steps to ensure the columns from your Excel sheet are mapped correctly, and the data looks correct, then choose whether or not to update the current Size/Color/Style options that may be in your item list, or replace existing options.
The Replace Items checkbox will remove any previously-imported Size, Color, Style variations and replace them with what's in the file you're currently importing.
