Analytics Overview (BETA)

MarketTime offers the ability to view some of your more important data via graphs/charts.

This screen is found by clicking Analytics Overview found under Reports & Analytics in the Navigation Menu.

Year-To-Date Information

The colored boxes along the top of the screen give you information about your sales agency YTD, with with LYTD totals and a percentage of change between the two for various points of data:

Graph Reports

The graphs are fairly self-explanatory, showing your Monthly Sales by Ordered/Shipped, Top Selling Items, Top Customers Ranked (which can be toggled to be shown by Customer, Salesperson, or Manufacturer), and Report Category Sales, which shows your sales by Report Category (Road, Show, etc.).

The graphs can be filtered by the criteria that shows above them respectively. Simply click on the option you'd like to exclude from the graph, and it will automatically update.

In the example below, the year 2018 has been toggled off for the second graph.

Filtering Reports

All the graphs can be updated by using the filters at the top of the screen according to the criteria you're looking to use.

These allow you to choose exactly what should be reflected within the graphs, as well as when those graphs should be relevant for, be it Order Date, Ship Date, Cancel Date, etc.
