For those who need to add multiple new Customers to MarketTime, the Import Customers features allows you to do so.

This feature is found on the Import Customers option under Customers in the Navigation Menu.
Choose your Import
This screen contains the necessary templates for both the Simple and Advanced customer imports.
An updated version of the Simple Customer Import template may be found here.
Simple Sheet Import - Allows you to import customers with a single Ship To address, and Contact.
Advanced Sheet Import - Allows you to import customers with multiple Ship To addresses and Contacts.
Locate your File
Begin by clicking on the Choose button for the import you're performing.
Locate the file on your local machine, and click OPEN.
Match the Data
As with other imports within MarketTime, you will be asked to match up the column headers in your Excel file with what MarketTime will be mapping them to.
Anything left un-matched will not be imported.
Verify the Data
This step allows you to verify what you've matched on the previous step, to ensure the data you'll be importing is correct.
Import the Data
Once satisfied with the mapping, click Import Customers to begin the import.
Dealing with Errors
If there are any errors during the process, you will be notified, and have the ability to correct the offending data.
In the example below, there was a customer that was not imported. The red icon will tell you what the error was.
Simply click in the field that needs to be changed and make that change, then click Import Customers to attempt to import the customers that were not imported with the first attempt.
Once the process is complete and no errors exist, you will be taken to the View Customers screen.
