You can access Stream within your Brandwise Passport or by going to e.brandwise.com and entering your login credentials for Stream. The username typically contains OrderNet. If you've forgotten your password, it can be recovered from the login screen.
The home screen is the Order Dashboard. The Orders Ready to Deliver queue on the left displays the most recent orders that have been received from your Brandwise agencies and/or your own Brandwise Play system. These orders are delivered to the Batches queue on the right. Click the Detail icon () to view, save or print an order copy.
Deliver (Batch) Orders Manually
If your Stream account is configured to automatically batch orders on a schedule, then do not manually batch the orders as shown next.
If you do not want to deliver all the orders in the Orders Ready to Deliver queue, check the Select Individual Orders box and then select the orders to deliver. If you click the Suspend button, the order is left unbatched and moved to the Suspended Order queue. It can be unsuspended later. Place all orders into a single batch by clicking the Deliver Orders button. Batching orders will move them to the Batches queue and it will allow you to view the last four digits and expiration date of a credit card if one was entered on an order.
Download Orders
A confirmation window will ask if you'd like to download the batch:
If you click Yes, the files you need for import to your ERP (accounting) system are generated. Depending on how your account is configured, this action will send the files to an SFTP location or it will prompt you to click the Click here to download button to save the files (if this is the case, then click Yes after saving your files to finish). If you click the red No button, the files will not be generated and the batch will have a Download Now button available in the batches queue. You can click the Download buttons ( or
) for a batch at any time. The Delivered On column indicates if the batch has been marked as downloaded and the initial download date. The Last Print Date column displays the last date the batch was marked as printed from either of the Download buttons (
or
).
Batched Orders
Clicking a Batch ID will display a summary of the order headers within the batch. Click the Print/View icon () to view, save or print order copies in the batch. The View Details link will take you to the Search Orders screen. Click the Search All button to quickly search by date or Batch ID:
