You can access Stream within your Brandwise Passport or by going to e.brandwise.com and logging in with the credentials provided in an email from Brandwise when you signed up for Stream Lite. The username typically contains the letters ONL.
Brandwise orders sent to your Stream Lite platform will display in the Clean Orders Ready to Print section on the left side of the screen. The first step to processing your orders is to “batch” them by clicking the blue Print Orders button:
A summary of the sales orders in the batch will display in the Print Sales Order window, as shown below. Use the left or right arrows to view the details of each order in the batch so you can enter the details in your own accounting or fulfillment system. You can save the sales orders using the disk icon or print the sales orders using the print icon:
When you close the Print Sales Order window, you'll be asked if you want to mark the batch as printed:
Click Yes to indicate the batch has been printed or No to indicate the batch hasn't been printed. As a best practice, many users will only mark the batch as printed once they've manually entered the order details from the batch into their accounting or fulfillment system. Regardless of the option chosen, you will still have the opportunity to view and print orders once they've been batched and marked as printed.
After clicking Yes or No to mark the batch as printed, you'll see the batch displayed in the Batches (Last 30 days) section on the right side of the screen as shown below. If you clicked Yes, you'll see the button shown next to the date in the Delivered On column. If you clicked No, you'll see the
button with no date. You can click the download buttons (
or
) at any time to view, print, and mark the orders in the batch as printed.
Clicking the blue number in the Batch ID column will take you to the Search Orders screen to view the orders in the batch. See this article for more information on searching for orders across all batches in Stream.
