The email notifications generated from Reach can be customized for your organization.
The Email Template Editor allows you to customize communication to your customers, sales reps and Reach Administrator. Login to e.brandwise with your OPAdmin login and then click the Vendor Management menu and choose Email Templates - Reach:
You can modify the Email Subject and Email Body. Note the three tabs - the first is Emails to Retailers, the second is Emails to Reps, and the third is Emails to OrderPad Admin (these are emails that come to you as the admin). There's no need to edit all the templates on the Emails to Retailers tab, just the three templates that start with "Retailer Notification". If you click on an email template, a description of what that template does is displayed below the list of email templates. Your task is to customize the email subject and body. When you are starting this process, begin by removing any statements within brackets such as and replacing that with your organization’s information. You can also customize the from email address using the Edit Address button at the top of the screen. If an email address has not been set, all communication will come from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Un-check the Active box if you do not want the email to be sent. Do not edit any token statement such as ##TOKEN_RepName_TOKEN##. This will pull in live information from your Brandwise database and must be entered exactly. The email’s applicable tokens can be found in the bottom left of the screen and any of these tokens can be added using the Add Selected to Email Body button.
When you have completed editing the template, don't forget to click “Save Email Template” at the bottom of the screen.
