Video Overview
Navigating the Orders screen
Orders you've received from salespeople using MarketTime will appear under the Orders tab on the Navigation Menu to the right.
By default, orders are sorted by the Order Date column.
Orders that have the Stats of OPEN (or haven't been viewed yet) show up as bold, as seen below.
In addition, the total number of orders and the total number of OPEN orders are shown above the Orders table.
The Search field above the table allows you to search through your orders with a variety of criteria. You can search by Retailer (Customer Name), Batch #, Repgroup, or Salesperson.
To search with more precise options, you can click the Advanced button to choose your desired filters.
To reset your search back to default, click the X in the Search field (1), or click the Reset button if using the Advanced search (2).
In addition to searching through your orders, you can also sort them by clicking the header of each column to toggle sorting:

Downloading a PDF copy of an Order
**NOTE: Performing any of the following actions that Preview or Download an order will change the Order Status to "Received." If you use a 3rd party ERP that relies on order status remaining as "OPEN" for your ERP to recognize an order, you will not want to perform these tasks.**
A PDF copy of the order is view-able by clicking on the arrow to the right of each order, and choosing Download PDF.
Downloading Orders as EDI file
The second option is to use the Download Export option found by clicking on the arrow to the right of each order, as seen below.
This option will download the order in a format you've set up on the Order Export Settings screen.
If you wish to upgrade your subscription, use the Upgrade my Version button on the Dashboard!
Downloading Multiple Orders at Once
You also have the ability to download multiple PDF or EDI orders. To do this, check the corresponding box next to the orders you'd like to download (1), and use either the PDFs or IDF (if an export file type is set) button to do so (2):
Retrieving Credit Card Information from an Order
Begin by clicking the corresponding CC button next to the desired order on the Orders screen:
This will let you retrieve a token for the credit card on the order. You can copy this token to your clipboard (1) then navigate to the Hosted PCI portal (2) to detokenize and view the card in it's entirety.
When clicking the Go to Hosted PCI Portal, click Login and enter in your Username and Password for the HostedPCI Portal.
Hover your mouse over the CC Admin option and click View CC:
Paste the card token you copied from MarketTime into the Enter Mapped CC Num field, and enter in the verification numbers in the field below:
The credit card will be displayed in it's entirety:
Additional information
- If you have multiple orders needing the payment processed, the Hosted PCI screen can be left open and you will just need to get the proper tokens for each order from MarketTime.
- Only 10 cards can be obtained within an hour. This is a limitation in Hosted PCI and is this way for them to maintain compliance.

Retreving the CVV (security code)
The CVV of a card (if provided by the Salesperson) can be retrieved in MarketTime:
NOTE: Once the CVV has been retrieved, it is no longer available.
