MarketTime offers the ability to add a default personal message to your Manufacturer/Customer/Salesperson.

This is found on the Profile screen by clicking your name in the top right corner.
In the Default Order Settings section, you will find fields to enter in default messages for Customers, Manufacturers, and Salespeople:
The messages you enter here are applied to the email notification the recipient receives when you send an order copy/notification.
