This task can be performed on the Profile screen by clicking your name in the top right corner:
In the Default Order Settings section, you will find fields to enter in default messages for Customers, Manufacturers, and Salespeople:
The messages you enter here are applied to the email notification the recipient receives when you send an order copy/notification.
