Search for existing customers on Play for iPad or create new ones
Launch the Play for iPad application and enter the credentials provided to you by your system administrator. Watch the video here or review the article below.
On the Welcome page, tap Create Order, as shown below.
If a new customer record must be created, tap the Customer Billing section and then tap the plus icon above the search field to launch the customer editor. Enter all available contact information, especially the email address, and tap Save.
You'll be asked if you want to copy the billing address to the shipping address. If the billing address and shipping address are the same, tap Copy the Billing Address. If they are not the same, then tap Not this time.
You'll be taken to the Customer Shipping section. If the billing address was copied to the shipping address, then the address information will display on the Customer Shipping tab. If you need to create a new shipping address, tap the plus icon and enter the address information and tap Save.
Tap on the customer shipping address you want to use for the order and then tap Select. Tap the Buyer section to enter a contact for this customer. Enter all available contact information, especially the email address, and tap Save.
To start a new order for this customer, tap the buyer you want to be associated with the order and tap Select. Then, tap Start a New Order.
