Managing your existing Salesperson Customer Assignments can be done on the Assignments option found under Customers from the Navigation Menu.
This screen will let you view the amount of Zip Codes and Customers assigned to each Salesperson, manage unassigned customers, and manually edit assignments as needed.
Clicking the Edit button on the row of each Salesperson will immediately take you to that Salesperson's screen, so you can edit information as needed.
The Assigned Customers button will show you a list of all customers assigned to that Salesperson. This button will not appear for Salespeople who don't currently have any customers assigned.
The resulting screen allows you to view the list of customers assigned to that Salesperson, and Export the list as needed
Browsing Unassigned Customers
Using the Unassigned Customers button allows you to view, sort, and search through unassigned customers within your company.
Assigning individual Unassigned Customers to a Salesperson
Check the checkbox next to the desired customer and click Assign Salesperson.
When assigning Salespeople, an OOT disclaimer will be shown if this customer is outside of that Salesperson's assigned territory. It will not prevent the assignment of the customer, it's just for your knowledge.
Assigning multiple Unassigned Customers to a Salesperson
To assign multiple customers to a single Salesperson, you can select your desired customers (1), then use the Assign Salesperson button to select your desired Salesperson.
