For those who need access to MarketTime, there are various ways to register or create an account depending on your use case, company type, and access needs.
Those with an Existing MarketTime Presence
For those who's company may already have a MarketTime account and you're in need of adding a new user to access that account, registration is fairly simple.
These steps can be used in the following situations:
- An existing Manufacturer who is adding additional users to access that existing Manufacturer account.
- An existing Sales Agency who is adding additional users to access that existing Sales Agency account (additional Admins)
- An existing Retailer who is adding additional users to access that existing Retailer account (additional Buyers)
- Salespeople who have been requested to register as an Existing User during the transition of your company from Brandwise to MarketTime
- Assistants of Salespeople who need to have identical access to the Salesperson they support.
To register, begin by navigating to https://apps.markettime.com and use the Create an Account button to begin.
Next, you'll choose your account type, which in this case is Existing Users
Once you proceed, you'll be asked to create your login account, where you choose your Username and set your Password.
Once all fields are completed, click Submit to complete registration.
Confirming Registration/Support Request
Once you submit your registration, your approval will be pending until you reach out to support@markettime.com with relevant information to ensure you're linked to the correct company and approved.
Examples of information Support will use to determine approval are below and should be included in your request to them:
- Company Name
- Manufacturer ID - for those who need access to an existing Manufacturer account.
- Sales Agency ID - for those who need access to an existing Sales Agency account.
- Salesperson ID - for those who need access to an existing Salesperson account as an Assistant.
- Retailer ID - for those who need access to an existing Retailer account to place orders.
NOTE: If you do not submit your information to support@markettime.com as recommended above, your registration is not likely to be approved.
New Manufacturers
Those who are creating a Manufacturer account for the first time in MarketTime, you'll navigate to https://apps.markettime.com and use the Create an Account button to begin.
Next, you'll choose your account type, which in this case is Manufacturers or Brands
Once you proceed, you'll be asked to create your login account, where you choose your Username and set your Password.
The final step is to fill out your company's information. This is the information that will be seen by other Agencies, so we typically recommend using the familiar brand name rather than a parent company's name.
Once you submit your registration, MarketTime staff will review your submission. You will receive an email notification when your account has been approved.

Retailers
Those who wish to create an account as a Retailer to be able to request access and shop on various MarketTime-hosted B2B websites, you will begin by navigating to the B2B website shared with you by your Salesperson, Sales Agency, or Manufacturer. (e.g. https://companyname.markettime.com).
Once on their B2B website, find the Sign Up button on their site.
NOTE: The example above depicts a typical B2B website. If the Sign Up button is not present, please contact your Salesperson, Sales Agency, or Manufacturer directly, as they may have disabled the option.
Once you've clicked Sign Up, you'll be asked to create your login account, where you choose your Username and set your Password.
Just below that, you'll be asked to fill out your company's primary Bill To information (don't worry, you'll be able to manage any additional Ship To locations once approved!).
Once you submit your registration, the company who's site you registered on will be notified and will take the next steps to approve/deny as needed.
You will receive an email notification once approved, and this account can be used to log in and request access to any other companies who have MarketTime B2B websites you may do business with!
