Retrieve Previously Uploaded Product Files from Transit

When a supplier uploads their product data in Transit, you should receive a product file via email. The link in that email will expire after seven days, so you can retrieve previously uploaded product files from your Brandwise Passport after that date.

Log in to your Brandwise Passport here and switch to your company. Then, click the Transit menu at the top of the screen. 

Click View Supplier Product Files:

Click on Txt next to the supplier file you want to download. The Txt version is the file you'll want to import on your 100 server. If you need to look at the file in Excel before importing the Txt version, click on Excel next to the file you want to download. 

When you click these links, you'll be prompted to save the file to a directory of your choice.
