All the reports below can be run by both Sales Agency Admins and Salespeople, with the exception of the Orders Outstanding report.

All reports are run by going to Reports & Analytics in the navigation menu:
Every report follows the same steps:
- Select your Report Type
- Select the desired Report
- Choose any particulars (dates, specific Order Codes, Manufacturers, etc.
- Run Report

Year to Date Sales
Report 2.2 Order Totals
This report will show you your total for each vendor for the date range you’ve chosen.
In this example, this is a Year to Date total, by vendor.

Sales compared by Year
Report 2.6 Multi-Range Comparison Report
This report will show you sales as compared to up to 3 different date ranges.
In this example, this is a comparison of this YTD to last YTD. The previous year is on the left, while the current year is on the right.

Top Selling Items
Report 3.1 Top Selling Items
This report will show you top selling items in the date range specified. This report allows you to choose the number of items you’d like to display as well.
In this example, this shows the top 10 items sold in the date range chosen.

Customers Ranked by Sales
Report 2.7 Salesperson Group Comparison
This report will show you your customers ranked by sales.
In this example, I’ve chosen to see my customers YTD.

Customers Without Sales History in a Date Range
Report 2.4 Customer Sales History by Orders
This report typically shows your customers with each order they’ve written in a given date range
In the example below though, this shows my customers without sales history for a particular vendor.
NOTE: This report may take a bit to load depending on how large the date range you’ve chosen is.

Orders you may be missing money for
Report 2.3 Orders Outstanding
This report shows a list of orders with or without invoices (depending on your choices) so you can determine what you may be missing from the Manufacturer.
The Show Orders Invoices options allow you to see
- Just orders with no invoices
- Orders with an invoice difference of whatever amount you enter there
- Both orders with and without invoices.

Final Notes/Tips
Almost every report you run in MarketTime can be manipulated if desired.
All reports above can be run for specific customers, Manufacturers, Order Codes, or Order Status.
Simply choose the option you wish to filter by and select what you desire.
In the example below, I’ve run report 2.2 Order Totals. By default, it shows the totals by Manufacturer, but say I wanted to see this information by Customer instead.
You can use the Sorting Options button to Group the report by a different value:
Grouping -Showing the data based by Customer, Manufacturer etc.
Sorting – Allows the ability to sort the data by any given column in the report.
Grouping that report by Salesperson rather than the default Manufacturer shows me the same data, just from a different perspective:
