The following services are impacted:
- Stream Order Delivery
There is currently an outage affecting MarketTime to Brandwise Stream order delivery. This impacts orders written and sent on MarketTime being delivered to Brandwise Stream accounts.
While we work to resolve this issue we are continually manually pushing any orders intended for Stream manually. Outside of the delay due to this manual process, users affected should expect to still receive their orders within Stream.
If you have an order that has been transmitted by an agency and remains in the "OPEN" manufacturer status for longer than 8 hours, please reach out to support@markettime.com with the PO where this is happening so we can look into the issue.
