PO Order Confirmations Too Large to Send
So, If your PO confirmation PDF’s have been too large to email and/or your buyer says they didn’t get the email PO confirmation from MarketTime like me……… THIS is likely why
‼️ Images within the file are very large, causing the file to be too large to email or arrive to anyone’s inbox.
✅FIX = download or select to send withOUT images. When sending without images, the customer will still have the option to click a link to view with images!
✅Another option = have the buyer log into the MarketTime Account on our website to print it if they need images on it
✅Last option = if you know how, you can compress the PDF into a zip file and send, or save with reduced file size, or send a wetransfer link to get the PDF copy to the buyer with images
This was not an issue in Brandwise and I’ve requested they add it to the enhancement list

Great tips here! Your first fix is the suggested workaround by MarketTime Support. By simply choosing to send the order without images -- there will always be a link for the customers that they can click on to receive a PDF copy with images on it. If you are sending an order to the supplier -- the URL links that they receive will also also allow them to preview an order with images.

The POs are smaller if emailing with images from the iPad app! I've emailed myself a copy and they are much smaller. I had a 4-page PO that was 8.9 MBs from the website app, and when emailing with images a PO copy from the iPad app, it was only 250 KBs!!
