Changes to Orders reflecting in Advanced Analytics
I learned this week that the changes we make to orders for Order Writer, Sales Rep, Salesperson Group, Order Code, etc. on an order in MT do not instantly update in Advanced Analytics. MT support informed me that as of Friday, they will now run four refresh times: 5:30 AM, 9:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 4:30 PM (all EST). MT Support said to except anywhere from 1 hour to at most 2 hours for the reports to refresh after the scheduled start times. Then the changes will be reflected in Advanced Reporting.

Thank you Allison, for posting the schedule. I was aware the cloud orders were not instantly updating based on past experience and similar current experience. This is something that should be inlcuded in some place in an FAQ section or noted in the documentation for our referral. Or added as part of the server status and we should be notified if there is a change or variance or failure to update.

Hi all:
MT shared they added an additional refresh time so here are the updated times:
5:30 AM, 9:30 AM, 1:30 PM, 4:30 PM, and 7:30 PM (all EST). You can see at the bottom of the reporting screen when the last refresh was completed. I have found them to be true to 1-1.5 hours.
