MarketTime has been made aware of issues with processing payments with mtCharge+. We have discovered these issues this morning, and have immediately escalated to our technical team with urgent priority. Please follow this page for updates to this issue.

Our technical team has resolved the issues with processing payments in MarketTime. We believe that there may still be an issue with running pre-authorizations at this time. We will update this page as soon as there is an update to the status of Pre-Auth in MarketTime

All issues with Credit Card Processing and mtCharge+ should be resolved at this time, including pre-auth. Please email support@markettime.com or create a ticket in our support center if you continue to have issues with Processing Payments.
