    The issues with Credit Card Processing and Logging into Stream have been resolved. Our team continues to work through issues with Vision. Please resume any activities related to Brandwise Stream or Credit Card Processing with mtCharge in MarketTime. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding in the mean time to resolve this issue.

    As of 10:44 pm Friday, Stream Order Delivery and payment processing are back online and available for processing orders.

    Some browsers are giving an error message when you log out of Stream. If this occurs, copy/paste the regular link (https://login.brandwise.com/account/login)  into your browser, and Stream should properly reload.

    We still have a vendor that is not up and able to get Stream orders as of today.

    we are still getting this pop-up. And most times the "x" to close it is not accessible.

    Hi Cindy, I went in and manually removed the popup rather than making it inactive.  When you have a chance, can you reopen apps.markettime and see if it has finally gone away? Thank you! Bridgett
