--- RESOLVED --- We are currently experiencing an outage that is affecting Brandwise. As a result, vendors utilizing Stream Order Delivery will be unable to log in to Stream and retrieve orders at this time. Additionally, vendors utilizing mtCharge, but not mtCharge+, to process payments on MarketTime are also impacted until this is resolved.
Our team is actively working to resolve the issue and to restore services as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

The issues with Credit Card Processing and Logging into Stream have been resolved. Our team continues to work through issues with Vision. Please resume any activities related to Brandwise Stream or Credit Card Processing with mtCharge in MarketTime. As of 10:44 pm Friday, Stream Order Delivery and payment processing are back online and available for processing orders.

Some browsers are giving an error message when you log out of Stream. If this occurs, copy/paste the regular link (https://login.brandwise.com/account/login) into your browser, and Stream should properly reload.

Hi Cindy, I went in and manually removed the popup rather than making it inactive. When you have a chance, can you reopen apps.markettime and see if it has finally gone away? Thank you! Bridgett
